Recovery is clinical work, and it deserves clinicians. Our multidisciplinary team brings together a medical doctor, psychologists, addiction therapists and around-the-clock support staff. Every client is seen by the medical team on arrival, and detox — where needed — happens under medical supervision from day one.
What clients tell us matters most, though, is continuity. You are not passed between rotating staff: you work with your own therapist through the full programme, so the trust that makes honest work possible actually has time to grow. All treatment is in English, and our team is used to supporting clients from the UK — including the practical realities of time zones, family contact and returning to work.

Will UK insurance cover treatment?
Treatment is self-pay. We can provide full documentation if you wish to approach your insurer, but overseas residential treatment is generally not covered by UK policies, so you should budget for the programme yourself.
