We strive for excellence in care


We pride ourselves in offering an extensive program of recovery. It shows in everything we do: from our very experienced staff and comfortable surroundings, to the level of aftercare and recovery coaching you are offered upon your departure from us. We do understand however, there can always be things you are not happy with and that is why we offer an easy way of reporting your complaints or disputes through our website or via our independent dispute partners.

If you have a complaint about anything related to your treatment with us or with any of our partners, you are able to file your complaint using this form. Your complaint is handled with the best possible care and we always strive to make sure your complaint is handled to your satisfaction.

I have a dispute


Sometimes you might have the feeling it won't be possible to work things out with us directly. You can then turn to several independent organisations to send in your dispute. They, in turn will look at your dispute and see whether it is valid and what can be done about it. Depending on your country of residence, you can use different ways to file your dispute: 

When you are a South African National


When you do feel you are unable to resolve your issue with us directly, you can turn to the Department of Social Development to file a dispute. The department will then look at your case and mediate between our organisation and you as a client.

When you are from the Netherlands


When you are from the Netherlands, you can file your dispute with an independent organization called "Klachtenportaal Zorg". They review your dispute and mediate between us and you as a client. If you want to file your dispute, you can do so by clicking the below button:
