Our clinical addiction treatment facility is rich in nature & offers beautiful gardens for you to relax in or take some time off away from your fellow clients!
Of course, there is a swimming pool for you to enjoy when you have time off from your busy schedule &, seeing as we are located on top of a hill, you have some beautiful views of the ocean which is right around the corner.
It's important in any treatment facility to have space away from the emotions which come up during your many therapy sessions, but remember: Recovery is a journey and it's certainly not a holiday!

Recovery goes beyond talking about your feelings, recovery requires vigorous action on your part: changing patterns & behaviors, increasing your self-awareness & changing every little part in your current lifestyle which needs changing!
At Hillhouse Clinics we help you to do just that, one day at a time. From healthy cooking by our certified chef, to working out with our sports instructor!
Each weekend you'll be able to go on a group outing in which we not only have some fun, but above all, practice gratitude & humility, two essential parts of your recovery. Being grateful about what we do have instead of always needing something else or more or different...
Our outings are varied in style: from going on a wilderness experience to helping out those who are in need and yes! We'll also go to the beach to enjoy the waves and wind as we relax on the warm sand of Cape Town's beaches!
